About The Role

We are seeking a Membership Engagement Advisor to join our Membership Team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The purpose of this role is to be the face of Swim England and often the first point of contact for our members and customers. Providing outstanding service to aid member recruitment and retention.

The role is based in our SportPark Loughborough (Leicestershire) office, however home working is required until the end of 2021.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right person. Reporting to the Membership Engagement Manager, you will be providing high quality support to our customers and members across a wide range of products and services. We are looking for an energetic and positive member of the team who can embrace change and variety.

About You

The successful candidate must:

  • Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and digital forms
  • Confident in using technology such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems including Excel for data manipulation
  • Proven organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines
  • Excellent administrative and customer service skills
  • Well organised and able to prioritise workload
  • A strong teamwork ethic with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
