About the role
We are seeking a Course Administrator to join our team on a full time basis (35 hours per week). Where possible flexible working requests will be considered, this role will be based within our SportPark office in Loughborough, with some home working.
This is an exciting opportunity working within the Institute of Swimming as part of a busy team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service ensuring accurate and timely administration and support in all aspects of the learner, tutor and customer experience, in line with the Institute's customer service standards.
Reporting to the Administration and Operations Leader, you will be responsible for the delivery of an effective course administration service to the Institute of Swimming and its stakeholders in conjunction with the wider team and line manager, ensuring that all aspects of administration across all of the Institute's systems are completed accurately and timely.

The successful candidate must:
· Have excellent customer service skills
· Have comprehensive IT skills, including good working knowledge of all Microsoft Packages
· Excellent communication skills in person, via telephone and email
· Excellent organisational skills
