About The Role
The Swim England Learn to Swim Programme is the national syllabus used to help teachers deliver swimming lessons. Intrinsically linked is the Swim England Awards Programme - rewarding children and adults all over the world when they are learning to swim.
Each year we distribute millions of Awards from our Distribution Centre in Loughborough and we are looking for a brilliant administrator to process orders, deal with our customers and be an all-round team player.
The successful candidate will be inputting orders accurately and answering the telephone to customers placing orders and those who have queries. They will also be updating product information on our website and supporting the wider work of the Distribution Centre including our support to British Swimming.
We are looking for a friendly individual, with a positive outlook, who has great attention to deal. We want you to be passionate about our role as Swim England in getting the nation healthy through aquatic sports, supporting the leisure sector and helping children be safe in and around water.
It is also critical that you strive for the best at all times as it is really important to us that you care as much as we do about our reputation with our customers up and down the country teaching children to swim.
With the Birmingham Commonwealth Games this year and with swimming booming in popularity, there's never been a better time to join us.
If you are looking to wake up every day with a passion for making a difference then this could be your next role!
