Job Description

Are you passionate about creating best in class content and copy? Can you tell engaging, authentic stories to build the narrative to support awareness of the benefits, services, and purpose of the RYA to the boating community.

The successful applicant will be required to create compelling, audience and channel appropriate content, to increase membership value and growth, promoting all forms of boating and making them accessible to everyone.. 

The successful applicant for this role will be a good communicator at all levels, with the ability to work on their own initiative and to prioritise their workload.  The ideal candidate will also have demonstrable experience in a similar role.  An interest in boating, windsurfing, or other sports would be an advantage, but is not essential. There may be an occasional requirement to attend events such as boat shows and other assignments outside normal office hours.
