Principal Accountabilities


* an ambitious, comprehensive annual Marketing & Communications plan based on the Rounders: Reconnected implementation plan to drive our engagement, connection and profile.

* relationships with key and relevant external partners, media outlets, journalists and other PR related stakeholders.

* our digital presence including best use of digital advertising.

* secure additional investment to help Rounders deliver its objectives and develop financial sustainability into all programmes.

* champion and raise the profile of Rounders and ensure that the Rounders England brand is protected at all times.

* strategic research and insight in support of Rounders: Reconnected to explore new growth markets.
