We need a talented Product Manager to commercially develop and manage a new product concept through to income stream.

At Intelligent Health we have a small training programme across several sectors including corporate wellbeing. The Product Manager will be responsible for the discovery, ongoing development and delivery of training opportunities in particular in corporate wellbeing to sit alongside our successful Beat the Street programme which gets a whole community moving.

You will continue the work that we are already doing in this area, helping it to grow and, bringing to market a new programme that will drive revenue, profitability and deliver excellent value to our clients existing and new in the corporate wellbeing sector and other training opportunities. You will be comfortable in providing strategic management while being able to dive into the detail and get stuck in. This is initially a one-year fixed term contract, working on a high-visibility project.

You will working with the SLT , including our founder and CEO Dr William Bird, who is a GP,  and report to the Operations Director.

What you're here to do

We are looking for a self-motivated Product Manager to focus on identifying customer needs to help create our workplace wellbeing offer. Your main responsibilities will be to build on our existing programme and help design and grow our commercial offer, looking at concept design, deliverables and value to create a marketable proposition.

Define customer value propositions, engage in market insight and create go-to-market plans

Partner with business stakeholders to define, deliver, and advance the product roadmap

Support the scoping of new product features incl. business case creation, tracking and validation

You will create product documentation for commercial funders,  end-users and sales

Understanding the commercial aspects of bringing a product to market, you will identify additional revenue streams over and above the core product revenue solutions

You will anticipate bottlenecks, manage prioritisation and trade-offs, balance customer experience, technical constraint and time to market

Create company-wide demos, and client communications as needed

Stay up to date with major developments and emerging trends within the training and workplace health industry and key competitors

We're looking for

At least 4 years proven product management experience, having worked in a start-up or had experience in managing products through the early stages of the product lifecycle or significant experience in a wellbeing environment

Strong influencing and inter-personal communication skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience in bringing training or wellbeing products to market including go-to-market strategy development, interaction with customers and business stakeholders

Previous experience of Business case definition, value proposition development, stakeholder engagement and strategy sessions

Pricing and revenue modelling, defining and tracking success metrics

Experience with managing the end-to-end lifecycle of wellbeing products, incl B2B corporate wellbeing.
