Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead EMD UK's work on insight, equality, diversity and inclusion. We are an insight-led organisation, so this job role is critical to ensure that we have high quality insight to steer all the activity across EMD UK. This role will commission research and interpret the findings for the maximum benefit for EMD UK and group exercise instructors. You will also be responsible for all aspects of equality, diversity, and inclusion, including the creation and delivery of our Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan.  Leading a small team, you will report to the chief executive and will be part of the senior management team, contributing to the strategic direction of the company.

Salary: Starting salary circa £40,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience).

Term: Permanent
