We're a growing team looking for a creative individual who has a passion for developing engaging written content and campaign plans, with experience in managing website content and communications across digital channels. The role will help us to deliver inspirational seasonal campaigns and communications, aimed at increasing participation and supporting existing recreational paddlers to develop their skills, stay safe and engaged within the sport.
This role will require you to have good communication, organisational and analytical skills as you'll be working across teams, partners and projects to develop insight-led content and campaign plans. With a focus on the management of the content for the Go Paddling website, our recreational paddling initiative. Alongside working across the organisation and with key stakeholders to develop communication and campaign plans across key topics such as raising awareness of safety, paddle awards, membership and club services.
It's an exciting role that will help us develop our communications, campaigns and further activate our relationships with recreational paddlers, clubs, delivery partners, retailers, commercial partners, outdoor influencers, ambassadors and environmental projects.
With participation in kayaking, canoeing and stand up paddleboarding at an all-time high there has never been a better time to join the British Canoeing team!
This role is based at the National Water Sports Centre in the Holme Pierrepont Country Park.
