Due to our continued success and growth, Sport Resolutions is looking to expand its case management team with the appointment of a Senior Case Manager to lead on the development of the National Safeguarding Panel (NSP) and our wider safeguarding work.

Sport Resolutions is the premier arbitrator and mediator of disputes in sport, having helped to resolve over one thousand disputes across 50 sports, since adjudicating on its first case 18 years ago. The Senior Case Manager will play a vital role in ensuring that disputes are managed fairly, efficiently and cost-effectively.
The Senior Case Manager's primary function is to manage enquiries and cases, appoint arbitration panels and mediators and assist in the development of those in the case management team.  
Suitable applicants will ideally have a legal qualification or experience of working in a legal environment and will have demonstrable experience of working in a safeguarding environment, combined with a passion for sport and law. 

Excellent oral and written communication skills are required, along with first-rate customer service skills and attention to detail. The successful applicant will have the ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner and will have experience of using Microsoft applications.
