We are the leading national charity working with schools on youth sport and as Project Officer you will provide efficient and high quality customer service for our members and regional networks. This will include working with stakeholders to ensure customer service requirements are fully understood and effectively met. This will involve developing clear and concise project plans to achieve targets. You will encourage best practice in the Networks and Member Services Team and share ways of working as well as develop systems and processes to drive continuous improvement. You will also ensure key deadlines and KPIs are fully understood, effectively communicated and efficiently delivered. You will coordinate and manage reporting processes and budget monitoring too.

You must have experience of providing high quality customer services support as well as a track record of complex delivery. You will be used to co-ordinating work with external partners and strong at producing and presenting written and verbal reports. You will be comfortable operating management information systems and databases for keeping records. You will also possess strong communication and planning skills as well as the ability to build sound working relationships and influence others.
