Sporting Equals is a Charity whose aim is to actively promote greater involvement in sport and physical activity by disadvantaged communities particularly the in the Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) population. 

We are seeking an experienced Project Consultant to help provide the organisation with support to help deliver a number of small and large scale projects.

The candidate must have experience of conducting research, managing and delivering project outputs against key performance indicators and coordinating actions to meet agreed deadlines. You must have experience of writing reports and the ability to present to a range of audiences.

You will have some understanding of working in the sport and voluntary sector supporting projects working in partnership with other partners and agencies along with excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences.  A passion for race equality is important and an understanding of community engagement and the key barriers facing Black Asian and minority ethnic communities. 

A flexible approach to work is required as evening and weekend working will be required.
