The British Triathlon Federation is the National Governing Body for Triathlon, Duathlon and Aquathlon in Great Britain, responsible for raising the profile and delivering medal-winning performances and helping everyone discover, enjoy and achieve in triathlon.
British Triathlon has just been short listed for the BT Sport Industry Awards 2018 Governing Body of the Year.
Triathlon England, Triathlon Scotland and Welsh Triathlon are the three Home Nations of the British Triathlon Federation (BTF) and are responsible for all aspects of triathlon in their respective countries and contribute to the work of BTF.
BTF is looking to appoint an Olympic Programme Coordinator to provide administrative, logistical and operational support to the Olympic performance programme. Reporting to the Operations and Logistics Manager you will provide day to day administrative and operational support to the programme including day to day bookings for meetings, travel and accommodation as well as providing support in the planning and management of logistics for Championships and training camps and anti-doping education for athletes.
The successful candidate will have an interest and understanding of elite high-performance sport with excellent administrative skills and use of computer programmes such as word and excel. You will also have the ability to prioritise your work load to adhere to strict deadlines and to work well under pressure as well as excellent organisational and communication skills. The successful candidate will work well as part of a team but also have the ability to work well unsupervised and on your own initiative.
