The Insight Manager will support the Head of Strategic Insight in generating insight from a combination of sources such as: desk research, bespoke qualitative and quantitative data. The role requires an experienced insight practitioner comfortable designing and briefing insight from external sources, drawing actionable conclusions and presenting both internally and externally at senior level.

Key Accountabilities

•       Day-to-day project management and ownership of LTA continuous research sources to build and report on KPIs and dashboard measures to senior teams. Evolving the analysis where necessary to meet changing business needs;
•       Day-to-day management of agencies supporting on continuous research programmes;
•       Management of the Voice of British Tennis Online Community: build stakeholder engagement from across the LTA to ensure it is understood and insight is generated to drive change in the organisation. Optimise, develop and innovate the platform to ensure customer engagement is continued, and maximised; 
•       Provide expert recommendations and guidance to the business which optimises the end-to-end customer journey for all our Major Events and Participation Projects;
•       Project management and ownership of a number of key ad-hoc research projects; act as the lead point of contact for external research agencies on these projects;
•       Support internal customers in delivering actionable insight for key ad-hoc projects that support our VMOST and aid development of strategies to deliver: Child and Adult participation, our Performance Strategy and Fan Engagement 
•       Where required, manage external consultants to ensure insight is delivered supporting the business requirements, ensuring efficiency and value for money is delivered.
•       Be the trusted advisor of stakeholders (e.g. Participation, Major Events, Marketing, Volunteering and Commercial), so that decisions and strategies are informed  by clear and actionable insight
•       Build, manage and maintain strong relationships and communication within the organisation and work in partnership with other team members
•       Identify and communicate findings from the business reporting function to influence positive action to support growth and retention within the sport
•       Prepare analysis and reporting to present to external agencies/influencers and possess the gravitas to present findings verbally or written as required (e.g. Sport England)
•       Co-ordinate research requirements for the business by reviewing existing research and identifying gaps to help inform business strategy
