Then we are currently in search of someone just like you to join our Customer Services Team in the Institute of Swimming on a 6 month fixed term basis. 

Our Customer Service Team are a pretty focused bunch of people. They have a real passion for providing the best possible service. They help our customers to find solutions to their training course needs, with their excellent knowledge of our courses. 

Within this varied role you will help to guide customers through our booking system, communicate with the learners to prepare for courses and ensure that the workforce are adequately informed to deliver our training to the highest standards. 

About you: 
You'll be someone with great communication skills and works well in a team, while being ready to roll up your sleeves and do what's needed to give our customers great service. 

You'll also:
•       Have excellent customer service skills 
•       Able to use the standard Microsoft office suite
•       Be self-motivated
•       Have proven experience in administration
