England Athletics recent volunteer survey results tell us that our volunteering community lacks diversity with only 3% from a Black Asian,Minority Ethnic Background.
The day will involve panel discussions to look at how we can make a sustainable change;
· How do we make volunteering more accessible for everyone?
· What is stopping more diverse groups of people from getting involved?
· How an everyone feel there is a role for them and be supported to do their bit?
The day involve panel debates and workshop discussions.
