After interviewing several candidates, BFA decided on the appointment of Imrul Gazi as the board are confident that he will continue with the progression that the football club has made this past season.
Having been part of the management structure during the previous regime and also a former player for Sporting Bengal, BFA are confident Imrul will bring good qualities to move the team forward. His local knowledge, connections with local teams and being part of the coaching team at Sporting Bengal Academy, Imrul will give opportunities to our local talent to play for Sporting Bengal.

Imrul will also be stepping down from his role as BFA committee member to concentrate on his new role as Sporting Bengal Manager.

With everyone's support we are confident Imrul and his management team will have a successful time at Sporting.
