Sporting Equals Insight team is a dedicated research function that includes over 20 years of experience in delivering high quality and perceptive information surrounding BAME communities and race equality in sport.
Sporting Equals has specialist expertise in communicating with Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) audiences through mainstream and specialist media, and can support promotions, recruitment and other campaigns on behalf of sports, health and other organisations.
Our aim is to grow the capacity of organisations and communities, so that our involvement is no longer required. We can also help build the leadership and communication capabilities of individuals in sport and physical activity.
Sporting Equals facilitates integration between sport and physical activity providers, such as the National Governing Bodies of sport, and third sector agencies including the Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) sports and community organisations.
At Sporting Equals we are proud to offer a range of bespoke training and mentoring on diversity and equality, including a "train the trainers" approach that aims to grow the in-house expertise of our partner organisations.
At Sporting Equals, we draw on research published by other organisations to inform our strategies, as well as commissioning some research and publications ourselves and in partnership with other organisations.
