Inclusive Club Project. This pioneering project works with an organisation to assess the current state of an organisation in equality, diversity and inclusion focusing on policies, practices and perception internally and externally of an organisation and its work. Key work under this project includes a policy review, training needs analysis, consultation with stakeholders and staff. Workforce Development. Sporting Equals has a suite of training to meet an agencies needs from basic equality band diversity training for sports clubs and practitioners from the sports sector to bespoke community engagement training in engaging local communities into sport or physical training. Community Brokerage. Sporting Equals has a network of over 5000 organisations, from faith centres, community groups and BME sport clubs. We have been able to work with these organisations to develop their sporting opportunities through working with governing bodies of sport, leisure trusts and sport clubs. Leaderboard programme.  This programme works to diversify the boardrooms and senior level in sport through attracting Black and Minority Ethnic professionals from a range of sectors such as corporate, finance and legal. The programme also promotes the business case for diversity in sport. The Leaderbaord programme develops a database of BME professionals who are interested in getting involved in the sport sector. Fit As A fiddle. This project in conjunction with Age UK was developed through Big lottery funding to promote healthier living to older people through training volunteers to become advocates and motivators in dietary awareness, physical activity and mental stimulation.
